Properties in Mallorca have the immediate bonus of location. The jewel of the Mediterranean still holds up to it's reputation and continues to offer property owners an amazing place to live with a steady return on investment when selling. One can wax lyrical about the positive side of Mallorca for ever, however people come and go and property gets bought and sold.The generally accepted, almost historical route for selling a property is through an estate agent but in these times of rapidly emerging technology, this route can leave a lot to be desired both for the vendor and the buyer.
